Lakwatsero Motorcycles was founded in 2013 by John Paul Andrin, local of Narra, Palawan, and Nani Montoro, Spanish citizen who had recently moved to the Island back then. Both met in BRC - Palawan International Circuit in Puerto Princesa on a practice day for an upcoming Under-bone class race on the same track. They became friends that day and decided to join forces and share a paddock for said event. Both won that weekend in their corresponding categories on what became the beginning on a long term friendship.

Short after that, Lakwatsero Motorcycles was founded in El Nido as a rental and customization garage. Being based in El Nido and given the long history of Dirt Bike riding in the island of Palawan and specially in Narra, the outings of the boys to explore the island became more and more frequent. Many friends enjoyed these outings, one of them being Dale Diaz, a local from Luzon Island that eventually moved to El Nido as well and joined the guys in 2023 to establish “LAKWA”, a sister company of Lakwatsero dedicated to offer and build EXPERIENCES.

Lakwa is a family business oriented to cater, customize, and provide any and all kinds of motor adventure in Palawan. The more we try to describe ourselves the more we find out the infinite possibilities that we have when it comes to help you live the experience of a life time.
